At Dao Ananda, the mission is to help people find inner peace and balance through the practice of Taoism Qigong, Tai Chi, and meditation.
Dao Ananda is guided by Kit Mann, a Taoist Teacher and Qigong Master Instructor. Kit has spent over 15 years studying with Taoist Master Zhou Daoxuan, learning the philosophy and movement practices of Taoist living.
Kit’s journey into Qigong began not out of curiosity, but necessity. After breaking his leg in three places, traditional rehabilitation wasn’t working. Qigong became the path forward when nothing else helped, transforming not just his physical recovery but his entire life.
In those early months of practice, his body began to heal faster, his breath deepened, and the stress that had been his constant companion finally started to ease. Over time, Kit discovered that the same principles that restored his strength could also help others — no matter their starting point — to find balance, resilience, and calm.
Today, Kit shares this wisdom through Dao Ananda, helping students heal, live well, and thrive in all aspects of life.
